GCash is an internationally-acclaimed micropayment service that transforms the mobile phone into a virtual wallet for secure, fast, and convenient money transfer.

It can be used to buy prepaid load, pay bills, send money, make donations, shop online, and even purchase goods without the need for any cash.

Problem Statement
Our challenge was to find a solution to improve their current website. The website have known issues with information architecture and navigation. Users were having problems finding the right information. It was lacking functionality to provide a more cohesive and user-friendly experience and accessibility to users especially the elderly and not so tech-savvy users. They needed a visual refresh, greater flexibility for their content and inquiries.
